About the event
The NAACP Statesville Branch, in collaboration with the Chestnut Grove Community Center and LegacyWorks Group, is proud to host a Community Health & Wellness Fair on Saturday, August 22, from 10:00 AM–2:00 PM at the Chestnut Grove Community Center located at 223 Chestnut Grove Rd, Statesville, NC 28625.
This event is designed to provide valuable health education, screenings, wellness resources, and community support services to local residents at no cost.
We are currently seeking sponsors, vendors, and community partners to help make this important event possible. Your sponsorship will directly support community outreach efforts, health education materials, event logistics, and wellness initiatives that benefit individuals and families throughout our community.
This health fair will bring together healthcare professionals, nonprofit organizations, community agencies, and local businesses to promote healthier lifestyles and improve access to important health resources. Planned offerings may include:
• Blood pressure screenings
• Diabetes education and screenings
